A SIB is a workshop where we show you all the possibilities of BI. Working hand in hand with you, we carry out a detailed analysis of your company data and allow you to gain new insights into the most important data in your company. For the SIB project, we provide you with the licenses for Qlik Sense free of charge.
In just a few days, we create a fully-fledged application based on your real data. This allows you to follow creation of the application live and to influence how it develops.

Our agile implementation methodology means you get initial results fast. These first findings are discussed with the relevant departments and adjustments are made where necessary. We place emphasis on fast knowledge transfer and implement projects in collaboration with the relevant departments. This approach ensures a smooth transition to the operations phase and minimizes implementation costs.
Due to our implementation methodology, which has been tried and tested successfully in many projects, it's not necessary to describe data analysis requirements in a "dry run" or to write extensive documentation. In this way, we exploit the maximum creative potential in the project work and so take advantage of the many new possibilities for information acquisition provided by Qlik Sense. Our experienced project managers, who all have IPMA certification, will guide you smoothly through the implementation.
Not every project needs a complex project structure. We look at the project size and project requirements and adapt our approach accordingly. For example, if employees already know the product, we adapt our approach to take this into account and provide support only at the points where it is needed. If key figures and analyses need to be defined, we draw on our extensive business know-how. In many companies, we have in this way worked with management to try new approaches to gaining insights.

Even after a project is finished, we're still there to support you. The consulting team looks after knowledge transfer to our support team and so ensures a smooth transition from the implementation to the operations phase. Our ticket system, which is based on the open-source software "redmine" ensures good communication. Should problems arise, we makes sure you receive the help you need quickly, based on contractually agreed reaction times. On request, our specialists can take responsibility for the complete Application Management and so significantly reduce the customer's workload.
