press releases  SAP  Events  Security

At this year's CeBIT from March 14 - 18, 2016 in Hanover, akquinet will be at the IBM Germany partner stand A10 in hall 2 and will be showing how companies can obtain a complete security overview of their enterprise IT. To this end, the provider will be presenting its SAST GRC Suite for SAP Systems and the SAST Security Radar module. The module analyzes all SAP authorizations and configuration settings, including system levels and log files, in real time. The module is connected to an SIEM solution, such as IBM QRadar, via a standard interface. Companies thus obtain a 360 degree view of their IT landscape.

Ralf Kempf, CEO of akquinet, explains: "Many security analysis tools for SAP systems analyze authorizations and system configuration only on a key date and do not monitor all technology levels. SAST GRC Suite, however, does all of this. With the solution, managers can play a significant role in avoiding a large amount of damage to the company."

Mobile SAP security alert via app

And it is mobile as well, because the SAST Mobile Protect App immediately sends an alert to your smart phone and informs you about critical incidents. You can thus view the most important details relating to the event and immediately initiate and execute appropriate measures, such as setting the client to "non-changeable" and locking the SAP user.

Further akquinet presence at CeBIT:

At BARC stand B36 in hall 5, akquinet will be showcasing the data visualization solution Qlik Sense . Among other things, the Qlik Elite Solution Provider will be demonstrating the integration of Qlik Sense in Excel: With the Sense Excel add-on developed by akquinet, the Qlik Sense analysis functions can be used in Excel. Users can link data from various source systems with Qlik Sense and analyze it flexibly using the Excel frontend.
