International Microsoft Dynamics projects are an integral part of our core strategic areas of business – and also pose some very special challenges for us as an IT services provider. Global project management calls in the first instance for sound negotiation skills in the relevant language and makes great demands in terms of the mobility and availability of our staff. Our clients are mainly companies that design a solution adapted specifically for themselves at a central location and then roll it out to numerous other countries. This produces requirements for local modifications, which always need to be harmonised for compatibility with the core version. It is also becoming increasingly common that only the work on a few elements of any global project is to be done in Germany. As a participant in Partner Power A/S of Copenhagen we carry out the work on numerous of these local project elements in Germany and are familiar with the specific needs of companies operating on a global scale.
